Returns & Refund
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a free replacement will be provided if the product qualifies under the warranty terms and conditions. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Team at 9680889130 before using the product. The return process may be subject to the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for Return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, along with all original price tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Ensure the return package is securely packed to avoid any further damage during transit.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the card within 7 working days, and the amount will be reflected in the next billing statement.
- Net Banking: Refunds will be processed directly into the bank account used for the transaction.
Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy applies to products purchased within the territory of India and is extended only to the first end-user customer. Please retain your original purchase invoice, as it must be presented at the time of service.
Covered Under Warranty:
- The warranty is non-transferable and valid only in India for the first user.
- The warranty covers functional parts and software issues arising from manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damages due to unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Damages caused by improper installation or mishandling by the customer.
- External accessories such as batteries, cables, and carrying bags.
- Plastic, rubber, glass, or aesthetic parts and consumables are subject to replacement on a chargeable basis.
- Transportation and handling charges for repairs or replacements will be borne by the customer.
- The warranty shall be voided in the following cases:
- Altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers.
